Enterprise Architect, Digital & AI

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture strategy, standards, and roadmap for digital platforms and AI-enabled business solutions.
• Provide architecture leadership across the full solution lifecycle to ensure systems are scalable, secure, and cost-effective.
• Translate business needs into practical architecture designs, transition plans, and implementation guidance for engineering teams.
• Establish reusable architecture patterns, reference designs, and decision frameworks to improve consistency and speed of delivery.
• Guide AI platform architecture including retrieval-augmented generation, vector search, orchestration patterns, and model integration.
• Assess emerging technologies, vendor solutions, and technical debt to inform investment decisions and lifecycle management.
• Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate architectural choices and accelerate the adoption of digital patterns.
• Partner with stakeholders to align solution direction, resolve architectural tradeoffs, and mentor developers on best practices.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree required in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• 7-10 years’ relevant experience as an Enterprise or Domain Architect required.
• Experience defining architecture direction for digital platforms, customer-facing applications, portals, or internal digital products required.
• Hands-on experience designing, implementing, or governing AI or machine learning enabled systems in a complex enterprise environment required.
• Practical experience working with a range of AI models across hosted and locally run environments required.
• Working knowledge of model lifecycle management, model evaluation, benchmarking, and monitoring of AI workloads in production required.
• Experience establishing standards, patterns, or guardrails for AI usage in application development required.
