What you'll do

  • Develop digital models and enterprise architecture products to document capabilities, activities, and organizational relationships.
  • Conduct DOTMLPF research regarding doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership, education, personnel, and facilities.
  • Analyze missions to determine necessary resources, capabilities, and training needs.
  • Review, revise, and develop task lists based on specific conditions and standards.
  • Create innovative solutions for complex problems using architecture methodology.
  • Prepare technical and non-technical briefings and reports to drive decision-making.
  • Utilize MBSE tools such as IBM Rhapsody, Magic Draw, or SPARX EA to model systems.

What we're looking for

  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications and presentation tools.
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture, MBSE, optimization modeling, and engineering management.
  • Knowledge of Unified Modeling Language (UML) or Systems Modeling Language (SysML).
  • Ability to use architecture and MBSE tools, including IBM Rhapsody, Magic Draw, or SPARX EA.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Experience with Agile/SAFe, communications/cyberspace operations, OCSMP Certification, or FEAC Green/Black Belt (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree.
