- Lead large-scale transformation programs while coaching junior team members on delivery quality.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience defining and implementing complex enterprise architectures.
- Minimum 4 years of experience creating roadmaps and developing business cases.
- Minimum 2 years of technology or architecture consulting experience at a consulting firm.
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading teams, facilitating client workshops, and developing architecture recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree, or an Associate's degree with at least 6 years of work experience, or 12 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- Experience in the Resources, Health, CMT, or FS industries (preferred).
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their architectural implications (preferred).
- Enterprise Architecture industry certifications such as TOGAF, AWS, GCP, or Azure (preferred).
