What we're looking for
Typically requires 6+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Engineering Program Management, Technical Project Management, or a related role within software engineering organizations.
Proven track record of designing, solutioning, and managing the delivery of complex, distributed enterprise software or data-driven products.
Demonstrated experience in integrating AI/ML ecosystems (GenAI, LLMs, prompt engineering) into enterprise systems.
Strong technical fluency in architectural diagrams, data models, API integrations, and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
Exceptional organizational skills and expertise in agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Wrike.
Outstanding communication skills to translate technical jargon and architectural concepts into business impact for executive stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (preferred).
