Engineering Project Manager, Retail Engineering

What you'll do

• Manage the entire project lifecycle from initial business requirements and technical design to final launch.
• Lead large-scale projects and feature areas within a complex e-commerce and software development environment.
• Coordinate with engineers, product owners, and strategic partners to ensure alignment on goals.
• Monitor project timelines and manage resources effectively to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks proactively throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage budgets and forecast resource needs for engineering projects.
• Translate complex technical requirements into clear communication for diverse audiences.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Engineering project management.
• Experience in software development life cycle methodologies.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in engineering project or program management (preferred).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a technical role (preferred).
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and compellingly with diverse audiences (preferred).
• Successful track record of managing budgets and forecasting resource needs (preferred).
• PMP or Scrum Master certification (preferred).
