What you'll do

Manage the full lifecycle of complex identity and access management projects from planning through delivery.
Translate complex security requirements into clear project plans and actionable technical specifications.
Lead security design reviews and participate in technical discussions regarding architecture, usability, and speed.
Resolve identity-related threats and vulnerabilities by driving issues to a final resolution.
Manage a portfolio of concurrent initiatives while balancing competing priorities and project constraints.
Communicate project status, risks, and technical roadblocks clearly to both engineering teams and executive leadership.
Establish processes and best practices to ensure consistent achievement of security and infrastructure goals.
Monitor emerging security threats and share updated best practices across the organization.

What we're looking for

Must have 3+ years of experience managing technical projects or programs, including planning, execution, and delivery.
Must have hands-on experience with information security practices in a large enterprise environment.
Must have demonstrated experience with application design, integration, and deployment across a global IT environment.
Must have experience managing cross-functional development cycles in a fast-paced enterprise setting.
Must be able to manage project constraints including time, cost, and quality.
3+ years of experience with Identity Management solutions, security implementations, and vulnerability management (preferred).
Familiarity with Java, J2EE, or Oracle (preferred).
Experience with Agile or Test Driven Development methodologies (preferred).
