What you'll do

  • Act as the primary liaison between cross-functional teams and engineering to ensure shared goals.
  • Document product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria while prioritizing features based on business value.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from initial concept through launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Champion a user-centric design approach to ensure internal tools are intuitive and efficient for employees.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies including training materials, communication plans, and adoption metrics for new products.
  • Define KPIs and analyze performance data to identify opportunities for continuous product improvement.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
  • 4+ years of project management experience focused on enterprise software, internal tools, or B2B products.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Proven track record of defining, launching, and iterating on successful software products that solve complex business problems (preferred).
  • Technical background or the ability to engage in technical discussions with engineering teams (preferred).
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to influence and collaborate across all levels (preferred).
  • Analytical mindset using data, user feedback, and business metrics to drive decision-making (preferred).
  • Experience with stakeholder management and navigating complex organizational structures to build consensus (preferred).
