Engineering Project Manager (Finance Engineering ), IS&T joins the Information Systems and Technology organization to lead all aspects of engineering project management. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality software delivery by managing dependencies, obtaining stakeholder sign-offs, and overseeing QA and UAT processes to ensure successful production deployment within the finance engineering domain.

What you'll do

Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders to define project scope.
Translate business requirements into user stories and tickets within Agile tracking tools.
Manage and groom product backlogs to ensure clear development priorities.
Plan, schedule, and direct sprint activities including the loading process.
Track work items through every stage of development to ensure successful completion.
Identify and resolve blockers that impact sprint execution or project timelines.
Create reports to communicate project status, milestones, and risks to executive leadership.
Secure all necessary approvals and manage dependencies for production releases.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of proven experience as a Technical Engineering Project Manager.
2 years of proven experience with Agile and Scrum development.
2 years of proven experience managing software projects based on a variety of technologies.
2 years of proven experience with project management tools such as Radar and Wrike.
Ability to understand developers on a technical level (preferred).
Highly organized with the ability to supervise details for both technical and non-technical audiences (preferred).
Strong writing, speaking, presentation, and report creation skills (preferred).
