JOB TITLE: Engineering Project Manager (Finance Engineering), IS&T The Engineering Project Manager (Finance Engineering) joins the Information Systems and Technology organization to lead all aspects of engineering project management. This role involves managing the full lifecycle of software projects, from initial requirements gathering and estimation through sprint planning, execution, and production release. You will translate business requirements into user stories, maintain product backlogs, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver new applications, features, and bug fixes. Key responsibilities include tracking work items, identifying blockers, and managing dependencies to ensure high-quality solutions. You will utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies alongside project management tools like Radar and Wrike. The role specifically addresses the technical and business challenges of integrating with Apple Finance systems and managing complex enterprise technology systems.

What you'll do

Gather and document business requirements to translate into user stories and tickets.
Plan and schedule sprints while directing the sprint loading process.
Track and shepherd work items through the development lifecycle to successful completion.
Identify and resolve blockers that may impact sprint execution.
Coordinate with vendors to support integrations with Apple Finance systems.
Create reports to communicate project status, milestones, and key information to stakeholders.
Proactively identify and escalate risks that could impact production releases.
Secure all required approvals to support successful production deployments.

What we're looking for

2 years of proven experience as a Technical Engineering Project Manager.
2 years of proven experience with Agile and Scrum development.
2 years of proven experience managing software projects based on a variety of technologies.
2 years of proven experience with project management tools such as Radar and Wrike.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to understand developers on a technical level (preferred).
Ability to successfully manage multiple projects at the same time (preferred).
Expertise in Apple Project Management processes and tools such as Radar and Wrike (preferred).
