The Engineering Program Manager, US Decision Intelligence joins the Sales organization to help scale AI-enabled insights generation and data operations. This role involves managing execution plans for workstreams, coordinating cross-functional teams across data engineering, data science, and business units to ensure insights are accurate and operationally reliable. You will manage the end-to-end delivery cycle, from gathering requirements to monitoring post-launch performance, while establishing repeatable operating processes for insight validation and release. The role requires expertise in data operations workflows, including ingestion, quality checks, and logic validation. Key technical skills include experience with AI-enabled analytics like LLM-generated summaries and tools such as Wrike, Confluence, Tableau, GitHub, Airflow, dbt, Snowflake, Spark, and Databricks. You will solve complex problems regarding data pipelines, model integrations, and automated insights to improve real-world sales workflows.
Manage the execution plan for insights generation and data operations, including timelines, ownership, and risk management.
Coordinate the end-to-end delivery cycle from gathering business requirements to post-launch monitoring.
Establish repeatable operating processes for requesting, building, validating, and releasing data insights.
Track and resolve dependencies across data sources, pipelines, semantic layers, and AI-generated outputs.
Ensure launch readiness by verifying data quality, business logic, documentation, and support plans.
Communicate status, risks, and technical trade-offs to engineering leads and senior leadership.
Translate complex business needs into clear execution plans for cross-functional technical teams.
Manage the integration of AI-enabled insights into real-world sales workflows.
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in engineering program management, data program management, analytics operations, or a related role supporting data, analytics, AI, or enterprise software teams.
Hands-on experience in data science or data engineering where you have shipped pipelines, models, or production analytics.
Experience driving cross-functional data or analytics programs from planning through execution, including roadmap tracking and risk management.
Strong understanding of data operations workflows, including ingestion, quality checks, business logic validation, and operational support.
Experience with AI-enabled analytics or insights workflows, such as LLM-generated summaries and human-in-the-loop validation.
Ability to communicate technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
B.S. degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Advanced Degree (MS or Ph.D.) in a quantitative/technical field is preferred; familiarity with modern AI capabilities and specific data tools is preferred.
