What you'll do

  • Manage the full lifecycle of large-scale projects across the enterprise contact center technology stack.
  • Lead technical design discussions regarding API contracts, data models, and integration patterns.
  • Identify system bottlenecks and analyze performance to deliver scalable, high-reliability solutions.
  • Translate complex technical challenges into clear information for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Define and own multi-year product roadmaps while acting as the primary Product Champion.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including SOW negotiations and holding third-party teams accountable.
  • Execute program governance tasks such as dependency mapping, risk registers, and change management.
  • Apply GenAI tools across all phases of the software development life cycle to improve project management.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 3–6+ years of technical program/project management experience in technology environments.
  • Proficiency in Agile (Scrum/Kanban), hybrid delivery methodologies, and associated tooling like Jira or Confluence.
  • Understanding of GenAI tools usage across all phases of the SDLC for project and program management.
  • Solid understanding of the contact center technology and customer service stack.
  • Strong command of program governance frameworks including dependency mapping, risk registers, and change management.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, SOW negotiations, and third-party team accountability.
  • PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent certification preferred.
