What we're looking for
At least 12 years of experience in software engineering project management
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Engineering Program Management
Proficiency in Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
Experience with microservices architecture and API management
Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PRINCE2 certifications preferred
Strong mentorship skills for guiding and coaching junior staff
Expertise in analyzing business requirements and improving processes
