What you'll do

Manage the end-to-end delivery of complex, customer-facing features for the App Store Analytics platform from requirements through launch.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data science, legal, and privacy to define scope and align priorities.
Establish and maintain program roadmaps, milestones, and delivery schedules while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
Facilitate prioritization and trade-off discussions between stakeholders to balance business objectives with technical feasibility.
Design and implement scalable program processes, frameworks, and metrics to improve operational maturity and team efficiency.
Drive regulatory and compliance initiatives to ensure all features meet Apple's privacy and legal standards.
Translate high-level vision into sustainable, long-term programs and products for the App Store ecosystem.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
6+ years of technical program management experience leading large, complex programs.
Strong technical proficiency in software architecture and development.
Experience in a technical or analytically focused role such as software engineering, business analysis, or data analysis.
Experience working on regulatory and compliance projects.
Proven ability to define and implement scalable processes and metrics to drive program maturity.
Familiarity with big data technologies, modern data engineering concepts, and software architecture.
Experience with GenAI technologies including LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, and ML pipelines is preferred.
