What you'll do

Own the end-to-end delivery of complex, customer-facing features for the App Store Analytics platform from requirements through launch.
Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data science, legal, and security to define scope and align priorities.
Establish and maintain program roadmaps, milestones, and delivery schedules while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
Facilitate prioritization and trade-off discussions between stakeholders to balance business objectives with technical feasibility.
Define and implement scalable program processes, frameworks, and metrics to drive operational maturity and continuous improvement.
Serve as the central point of coordination to ensure clear communication and shared context across all cross-functional teams.
Drive regulatory and compliance-related initiatives to ensure features meet Apple's privacy and legal standards.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
6+ years of technical program management experience leading large, complex programs.
Strong technical proficiency in software architecture and development.
Experience in a technical or analytically focused role such as software engineering, business analysis, or data analysis.
Experience working on regulatory and compliance projects.
Proven ability to define and implement scalable processes and metrics to drive program maturity.
Familiarity with big data technologies, modern data engineering concepts, and analytics-focused roles.
Knowledge of GenAI technologies including LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, and ML pipelines is preferred.
