Engineering Product Manager

What you'll do

• Lead the strategy, definition, and roadmap for software licensing, entitlement enforcement, and trial provisioning.
• Drive foundational hybrid technologies like Cloud Connect to bridge on-premises environments with cloud and AI capabilities.
• Resolve complex technical dependencies and maintain operational efficiency across shared services with platform and engineering teams.
• Author comprehensive concept papers, PRDs, and use cases to implement high-consequence infrastructure changes without business disruption.
• Integrate security offerings with Cisco Cloud Control, One Cisco Design Language, and AI Canvas for a unified user experience.
• Manage the underlying infrastructure and compliance requirements to ensure the enterprise security portfolio functions at scale.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• 12+ years of product management experience delivering technical infrastructure, cloud services, or enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Prior experience managing software licensing and entitlement systems at scale.
• Experience with cloud architectures, platforms (e.g., AWS), and cloud-native technologies like Kubernetes and data transport pipelines.
• Experience working with Information Security software, security architectures, or SIEM systems.
• Experience navigating large enterprise organizations and managing complex, multi-stakeholder dependencies across matrixed teams (preferred).
• Proven ability to operate independently as a self-starter who drives projects from concept to delivery (preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for articulating architectural requirements and trade-offs (preferred).
