Engineering Manager Technical Product Owner

What you'll do

• Lead the development and delivery of software and product innovation initiatives aligned with client strategy.
• Manage engagement relationships by translating business objectives into actionable product roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Direct cross-functional teams in designing and building scalable solutions using modern languages and frameworks.
• Oversee enterprise application integration, including APIs and microservices architecture, to ensure business agility.
• Institutionalize quality practices such as ATDD, code reviews, and CI/CD adoption to improve release velocity.
• Conduct rigorous business requirements analysis to ensure alignment with industry standards and project goals.
• Establish and manage comprehensive project plans involving scope, budgeting, estimation, and risk mitigation.
• Mentor and develop junior staff to enhance team capabilities in engineering discipline and product strategy.

What we're looking for

• A Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent experience in Engineering Product Management.
• At least 12 years of professional experience are required.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies is preferred.
• PMP, CSM, and/or PRINCE2 certifications are preferred.
• Experience with ATDD and CI/CD practices to improve software quality and release speed.
• Experience with API management and microservices architecture for scalable solutions.
• Demonstrated capability in business process improvement and financial acumen including budget oversight.
• Proven leadership ability to mentor teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and resolve conflicts.
