Engineering Product Manager

What you'll do

• Define product specifications, system architectures, and execution plans for custom liquid cooling solutions.
• Manage and mentor a dedicated engineering team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality customer products.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact to translate customer requirements into actionable engineering designs.
• Apply mechanical and thermal engineering principles to perform pipe flow calculations and create technical drawings.
• Oversee product development cycles including testing, characterization, and first-article production before manufacturing handoff.
• Develop initial Bills of Materials (BOM) and cost estimates to inform strategic business decisions.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure components meet specifications and arrive on schedule for integration.
• Manage project timelines and milestones by balancing engineering progress with commercial priorities.

What we're looking for

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Bachelor of Science in mechanical or aerospace engineering.
• 7+ years of work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in product management.
• 3+ years of experience in engineering team management.
• Proficiency in SOLIDWORKS CAD and drawing packages.
• Fluency in mechanical engineering principles including pipe flow, thermal calculations, and mechanical drawings.
• Demonstrated ability with hands-on builds or projects.
