Engineering Product Manager, AI Canvas

What you'll do

• Lead the product vision and strategy for an AI-native agent platform for network operations.
• Define core platform capabilities including agent creation workflows, knowledge management, and tool integrations.
• Design AI-powered experiences such as natural language interfaces and autonomous workflow reasoning.
• Leverage Cisco’s network intelligence to create differentiated enterprise-grade AI features.
• Partner with design teams to create intuitive user experiences for both simple tasks and complex automation.
• Validate the platform with lighthouse customers by setting adoption targets and tracking performance metrics.
• Develop business cases for pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies in coordination with finance and legal teams.
• Manage alpha, beta, and GA programs to ensure continuous value delivery across multiple engineering teams.

What we're looking for

• At least 5 years of experience in product management or equivalent.
• Experience delivering AI-powered product experiences such as intelligent assistants, recommendations, or automation.
• Background in network operations, IT operations, or enterprise automation at scale.
• Experience working cross-functionally across engineering, design, CX, sales, partners, and executive forums.
• Experience with agent platforms, orchestration systems, or workflow automation tools (preferred).
• Understanding of partner ecosystems, multi-tenancy, and marketplace models (preferred).
• Ability to define critical metrics and run evidence-based roadmaps (preferred).
• Excellent narrative and storytelling skills to simplify complexity for executive and customer audiences (preferred).
