Engineering & Platforms Director, HR Technology

What you'll do

• Define and drive the platform strategy and delivery in coordination with architecture and product teams.
• Build and scale internal platforms, golden paths, and self-service tools to improve developer experience.
• Scale CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and DevSecOps practices to embed security and observability.
• Design scalable, cost-effective technical solutions and enterprise integrations with business stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of engineers, DevOps, and site reliability engineers.
• Manage cloud spend budgets, vendor negotiations, and resource forecasting.
• Track engineering productivity and reliability metrics such as DORA metrics and deployment frequency.
• Integrate AI/ML tools and cloud-native services into the software delivery lifecycle.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of experience as a Technology & Engineering Leader leading full-cycle large software engineering programs.
• 8+ years of experience leading teams in a matrix organization.
• 4+ years of experience partnering with architecture, product, and PMO teams to influence product development.
• 4+ years of experience leading discovery sessions, workshops, demos, onboarding sessions, and enablement activities.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role coordinating across software cross-functional teams.
• 2+ years of experience influencing stakeholders, managing vendor/budget relationships, and translating complex technical strategies.
• 2+ years of experience mentoring resources and supporting knowledge transfer across teams.
• Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification (preferred).
