Senior Director, HR Technology

What you'll do

• Define and execute a multi-year HR technology strategy aligned with global business priorities.
• Design integrated, end-to-end employee experiences across the entire lifecycle using HCM and talent platforms.
• Advance an AI-first approach to improve decision-making, automation, and user experience across HR systems.
• Manage a broad portfolio of systems including payroll, compensation, learning, and talent acquisition.
• Modernize the HR technology landscape by improving data architecture, integration, and scalability.
• Establish governance models, operating rhythms, and prioritization frameworks to ensure team accountability.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership to influence high-level technology investments.
• Lead and develop a high-performing global team across product, engineering, and operations functions.

What we're looking for

• 12+ years of experience in HR technology, enterprise systems, or IT leadership.
• Proven track record leading large-scale HR technology or enterprise platform transformations.
• Deep knowledge of HR systems and platforms such as Workday and ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and people strategies to inform technology solutions.
• Experience operating in a global, highly matrixed environment.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders across HR, technology, and business functions.
• Experience building, scaling, and developing high-performing teams.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with operational execution rigor.
