What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Master's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
5+ years of experience in engineering operations, program management, technical operations, business operations, or a related function.
3+ years of experience supporting software engineering, product, delivery, or technology teams in a matrixed organization.
3+ years of experience managing budgets, forecasts, vendor spend, contracts, purchase requests, or invoices.
3+ years of experience creating and maintaining executive reports, dashboards, OKRs, KPIs, project plans, risk registers, or portfolio governance materials.
2+ years of experience coordinating workforce operations, software licenses or SaaS assets, security access reviews, compliance activities, or disaster recovery planning.
3+ years of experience using productivity, project-management, financial, or reporting tools to manage multiple concurrent priorities and deliverables.
