What you'll do
Translate long-range business objectives into a prioritized technology strategy for Engineering leadership.
Build and lead an Engineering Operations team to enhance organizational effectiveness and capability assessments.
Standardize tools, processes, and operational practices across teams to improve alignment and execution consistency.
Define, manage, and report on OKRs, KPIs, and operational metrics, presenting progress to senior stakeholders.

Proven track record as an executive advisor influencing stakeholders across technology, product, commercial, and finance functions.
Expertise in organizational design, operating model transformation, and building high-performing teams at scale.
Demonstrated success developing and executing multi-year technology strategies in regulated environments.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing large-scale technology portfolios and investment prioritization.
Experience in digital health or other highly regulated industries preferred.
Exceptional executive communication skills for C-suite and board audiences.
