What we're looking for
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
Professional software engineering experience.
2+ years as a technical lead or engineering manager.
Strong background in software engineering, data engineering, or AI application engineering with expertise in Python and system design.
Proven experience in architecture-level understanding of data pipelines, distributed systems, and integrating machine learning models into production workflows.
Experience leading technical initiatives, mentoring engineers, or formally managing a team.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills to communicate between technical teams and executive leadership.
Experience with human-in-the-loop programs, multi-modal data, or TypeScript/JavaScript (preferred).
