What you'll do

Document repetitive error resolutions and analyze discrepancies to minimize operational errors.

Automate failures and perform performance tuning through database queries and system optimization.
Manage risk in production environments and oversee change management processes.
Execute business continuity planning and develop disaster recovery contingency plans.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, or a related engineering field.
Two years of experience in the role offered or a related role.
Two years of experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting application issues using code debugging or log analysis.
Two years of experience with software development on Windows and UNIX operating systems, including shell scripting.
Two years of experience working across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Two years of experience monitoring cloud systems performance, performing tuning, and diagnosing issues via query execution plans.
Two years of experience performing systems management for Windows platforms using Microsoft Configuration Manager or comparable products.
Two years of experience with public Cloud providers and developing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) scripts for resource deployments.
