What you'll do

Design and develop computer and data infrastructure using hardware and cloud-based solutions.
Identify, analyze, and resolve application issues while documenting repetitive error resolutions.
Develop and monitor reports to track application health and service performance.
Monitor risk in the production environment and manage change management processes.
Review production incidents and communicate status to users, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Assist with business continuity planning and disaster recovery contingency plans.
Perform SQL performance tuning and diagnose issues by analyzing query execution plans.
Manage systems for Windows platforms using enterprise management products.

What we're looking for

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management, or a related field and one year of relevant experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management, or a related field and two years of relevant experience.
Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting application issues using Oracle, code debugging, or log analysis.
Experience in software development using UNIX operating systems, Shell scripting, or Python.
Experience designing and supporting database systems utilizing technologies such as DB2 or Sybase ASE.
Experience working with the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and support.
Experience in SQL performance tuning and diagnosing issues by analyzing query execution plans and setting up disaster recovery.
Experience performing systems management for Windows platforms using Microsoft Configuration Manager or comparable enterprise products.
