Associate Systems Engineering

What you'll do

• Engineer and implement Microsoft products including Office 365, Windows Server, Exchange, and SharePoint into production environments.
• Manage incident, problem, and change management processes for production systems in accordance with ITIL standards.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for first and second-level support teams.
• Automate routine tasks, installations, and configurations using PowerShell and Python scripts.
• Manage email security infrastructure including SMTP Gateways, anti-malware defenses, and spam/phishing protection.
• Implement Data Loss Prevention solutions such as Azure Information Protection and Titus.
• Perform root cause analysis for critical issues by collaborating with various external vendors.
• Create clear documentation for product onboarding and troubleshooting results.

What we're looking for

• A Master's degree in a related field and one year of experience or a Bachelor's degree and three years of experience is required.
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange, Exchange Online, and other Microsoft 365 products is required.
• Experience with email routing and security software including SMTP Gateways, Sendmail, Postfix, Proofpoint, and anti-malware defenses is required.
• Experience supporting infrastructure through ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, and Change Management is required.
• Proficiency in network technologies such as DNS and TCP/IP is required.
• Experience with Windows or Linux operating system administration and configuration management systems like PowerShell DSC is required.
• Ability to automate tasks and manage Exchange environments using PowerShell or Python is required.
• Experience performing root cause analysis and writing technical documentation for product onboarding or troubleshooting is required.
