Associate, Systems Engineering joins the Engineering Division to develop expertise in datacenter design, networks, storage, grid compute, operating systems, databases, communications, market data, and software languages. The role involves designing and developing computer and data infrastructure by implementing hardware and public or private cloud-based solutions for seamless application scaling. Key responsibilities include creating automated testing processes, applying data mining and machine learning to identify infrastructure problems, resolving application issues through log analysis, and managing risk in production environments. Candidates will perform performance tuning, code debugging, and develop Infrastructure as Code scripts for Azure and AWS. The work focuses on ensuring application stability, monitoring service performance, and developing sustainable systems through automation and database queries while supporting business continuity planning and disaster recovery across the full Software Development Life Cycle.

What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, or a related engineering field.
Two years of experience in the role offered or a related role.
Two years of experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting application issues using code debugging or log analysis.
Two years of experience with software development on Windows and UNIX operating systems, including shell scripting.
Two years of experience working across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Two years of experience monitoring cloud systems performance, performing tuning, and diagnosing issues via query execution plans.
Two years of experience implementing disaster recovery solutions and performing systems management for Windows platforms like Microsoft Configuration Manager.
Two years of experience with public Cloud providers such as Azure or AWS and developing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) scripts.
