Engineer, OEM Product Test

What you'll do

• Execute formal verification and validation (V&V) testing for assigned OEM devices.
• Develop, maintain, and improve documentation, test protocols, and tools for new features.
• Manage pre-V&V activities for incoming devices by coordinating with partners and business teams.
• Identify technical discrepancies and drive timely resolutions during the integration process.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues between Masimo technologies and OEM partner devices.
• Participate in technical discussions to improve testing and verification processes.
• Document all test results and technical information clearly for internal and external stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor of Science degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with engineers, OEM partners, and customers in a technical environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for documenting technical information and test results.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot process-related and customer-specific issues.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with medical device verification and validation processes (preferred).
• Experience working with OEM partners or supporting technology integration and deployment (preferred).
• Familiarity with physiological monitoring technologies and medical device testing (preferred).
