What you'll do

Validate automated test systems and deploy them across various manufacturing and contract manufacturing sites.
Own the RF test strategy and coverage for EW systems throughout development and production.
Drive improvements in RF test architecture, scalability, and overall production readiness.
Create and maintain electrical test systems through their full lifecycle of development and refinement.
Perform root cause analysis on failed products to determine corrective actions and improve quality.
Document technical test plans, user instructions, and manuals for internal use.
Conduct regression testing to verify that identified issues and corrective actions are resolved.
Train technicians on the proper use of equipment and systems.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
5+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing tests, RF validation, or hardware/system integration.
Experience with contract manufacturers and thorough knowledge of PCBA testing standards and methods.
Familiarity with Python, LabVIEW, and/or MATLAB for data parsing and visualization.
Familiarity with electronics test equipment including power supplies, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and DAQ sensors.
Strong root cause analysis skills for non-conforming hardware and deep understanding of RF fundamentals.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance.
Experience with Linux, Ubuntu, NixOS, test automation, or EW systems (preferred).
