What you'll do

  • Design and build web applications for customer service and collections associates in high-volume call centers.
  • Develop responsive user interfaces using Angular and middle-layer services using C# and .NET.
  • Build and maintain APIs that integrate web applications with backend systems and third-party services.
  • Translate business processes and requirements from stakeholders into functional tools and workflows.
  • Manage the full software lifecycle including design, development, testing, implementation, and production support.
  • Optimize application performance, usability, and reliability for internal operational tools.
  • Implement secure coding practices to protect sensitive data and ensure compliant authentication.
  • Write unit and integration tests to ensure code maintainability and system reliability.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of professional experience building full-stack web applications with modern front-end UIs and middle-tier/API services.
  • Proficiency in Angular 17+, C# and .NET 8+, and YARP for API routing.
  • Experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs while integrating with enterprise systems.
  • Working knowledge of relational databases like Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle to write and optimize queries.
  • Strong understanding of secure coding practices, including authentication, authorization, encryption, and handling sensitive PII data.
  • Experience writing unit/integration tests using tools like Spectator, Jasmine, Playwright, and Git for version control.
