What you'll do

Design and build web applications to support customer service and collections associates in a high-volume call center.
Develop responsive user interfaces and middle-layer services using Angular and .NET 8.
Integrate web applications with enterprise systems, including loan accounting platforms and third-party services.
Build and maintain APIs and integration services to connect backend systems.
Translate business processes and requirements into effective technical tools and workflows.
Support the full software lifecycle including design, development, testing, implementation, and production support.
Improve application performance, usability, and reliability for daily operational use.
Write unit and integration tests to ensure application maintainability and reliability.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
2+ years of professional experience building full-stack web applications, including modern front-end UIs and middle-tier/API services.
Proficiency with Angular 17+, C# and .NET 8+, YARP, and SSO Auth + mTLS.
Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and working with relational databases like Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle.
Strong understanding of secure coding practices, authentication, encryption, and handling sensitive data (PII).
Experience writing unit and integration tests (Spectator + Jasmine and Playwright preferred) and using Git/GitHub for version control.
Experience deploying and supporting applications in Microsoft Azure environments.
