What you'll do

Develop I&C design packages including enclosure details, panel layouts, wiring, and network integration.
Configure, review, and test DCS/PLC systems such as DeltaV and Foxboro for manufacturing processes.
Troubleshoot instrumentation and control system issues to optimize safety, reliability, and efficiency.
Execute site acceptance testing (SAT), loop checks, and calibration coordination during the commissioning phase.
Manage vendor E&I scope and oversee the fabrication of control panels and field integration.
Maintain engineering specifications, technical drawings, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in a GxP environment.
Provide 24/7 on-call support for day-to-day upstream and downstream drug substance manufacturing operations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency across the global manufacturing network.

What we're looking for

A Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related field is desired.
At least 2 years of significant engineering and/or operational experience is desired.
Experience with Rockwell PLC Platform, Emerson DeltaV, and Foxboro DCS systems.
Experience with Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) activities including FAT, SFAT, and SAT.
Knowledge of GxP standards, CSV practices, and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
Experience in change control, nonconformance, and corrective/preventative actions.
Technical background in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceutical, or biologics industries is preferred.
Ability to provide 24/7 rotating on-site or on-call support as needed.
