Engineer, Application and Development, Warehouse Transformation

What you'll do

• Design, implement, and support applications and systems to achieve business objectives.
• Configure, test, and implement changes to WMS applications to improve warehouse processes.
• Troubleshoot application malfunctions and user issues to ensure production stability.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and architectural options.
• Manage complex, large-scale projects using SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Document systems, events, and configuration decisions clearly.
• Monitor and analyze WMS stability through alerting and operational analytics.
• Mentor less experienced colleagues to support team capability growth.

What we're looking for

• Demonstrated experience with full lifecycle, large-scale implementations using SDLC and Agile.
• Ability to configure, test, and implement changes to WMS applications to improve warehouse processes.
• Experience troubleshooting application malfunctions and user issues with the ability to resolve or escalate effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to document systems, events, and configuration decisions clearly.
• Basic knowledge of Labor Management concepts, RF systems, and warehouse equipment.
• Experience with or exposure to test automation frameworks and automated regression approaches.
• Proven knowledge of warehouse operational processes and experience supporting or leading WMS build/configuration efforts.
• Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain business processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years of experience in a related field preferred.
• Prior experience as an engineer/analyst/support lead in Manhattan Warehouse Management System environments; MAWM experience strongly preferred.
