What you'll do

  • Identify customer business initiatives and develop services strategies for modernization and cloud adoption.
  • Lead discovery sessions to scope and negotiate Professional Services engagements.
  • Convert customer business initiatives into PS bookings through solutioning and commercial negotiations.
  • Manage the PS pipeline for bookings and revenue forecasts in your region.
  • Work with delivery teams to transition project scopes and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop repeatable assets like estimates, proposals, SOWs, templates, and tools for internal use.

What we're looking for

  • At least 5 years of experience in Professional Services sales or technology solutions at an enterprise software company.
  • BS degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience as an architect, consultant, project manager, or Professional Services manager.
  • Knowledge of databases (RDBMS, SQL, NoSQL) and software development lifecycle methodologies.
  • Ability to scope and estimate projects, collaborate on complex account strategies, and position professional services internally.
  • Strong presentation skills for demonstrating the value of service solutions.
