What you'll do

  • Own the marketing strategy for deepening engagement across Cash App products and driving banking adoption.
  • Design and run multi-quarter programs that connect spending, savings, and lending products through benefit messaging systems.
  • Partner with Product on offers and eligibility-based prompts to create new levers for customer engagement.
  • Build an opportunity framework including audience segmentation, threshold cohorts, and contextual trigger mapping.
  • Run rigorous experimentation across key levers like audience segmentation, threshold messaging, and incentive design.
  • Influence cross-functional strategy by operating as a peer of Product, Analytics, Martech, Creative, and Brand teams.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing or related fields.
  • Proven ability to design and run multi-quarter growth programs end-to-end.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data modeling and SQL.
  • Experience designing incentive-based engagement systems and measuring impact.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Braze or Iterable.
  • Fluency with AI tools for strategy, execution, and automation.
