Engineering Systems Advisor

What you'll do

• Lead the transformation of business processes and operational tools to achieve global excellence.
• Execute and lead the development of innovative technology solutions.
• Provide comprehensive business analysis and subject matter expertise.
• Manage information systems design and development projects.
• Translate stakeholder goals into a clear product vision and roadmap.
• Maintain and groom the product backlog while authoring user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Validate deliverables against Definition of Done standards and manage RIDA matrices.
• Participate in core Agile ceremonies to align sprint deliveries with business outcomes.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, information systems, or another quantitative discipline.
• Six years of experience in at least four of the listed technical areas including application architecture, software development, or data strategies.
• Experience in business analysis and information systems design or development.
• Experience in project management, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring.
• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to live within 50 miles of the campus location in Pittsburgh, Memphis, or Plano.
• Product Owner experience to translate goals into product vision, manage backlogs, and author user stories (preferred).
• Experience participating in core Agile ceremonies and managing RIDA matrices (preferred).
