End User Experience Engineer

What you'll do

• Manage and roll out next-generation remote access solutions including SASE and ZTNA platforms.
• Administer Apple endpoints using Jamf Pro, including policy management, inventory, and automated enrollment.
• Manage the lifecycle of iOS and macOS devices through patching, upgrades, and configuration profiles.
• Provide baseline Android Enterprise coverage for mobile device enrollment, compliance, and app delivery.
• Troubleshoot complex end-user issues involving identity, network/proxy settings, and SaaS client behavior.
• Develop automation scripts and integrations using Python, Bash, or Zsh to reduce operational toil.
• Integrate AI and LLM tools to improve troubleshooting processes and automate documentation.
• Create and maintain runbooks, operational documentation, and change validation procedures for global systems.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in endpoint engineering, EUC, or end-user platform engineering in an enterprise environment (financial services preferred).
• Strong hands-on experience managing seamless and secure remote access solutions on a global scale.
• Strong hands-on experience with Apple platform management and solid macOS fundamentals.
• Experience managing iOS/iPadOS devices at scale including enrollment, compliance, and app deployment.
• Working knowledge of Android Enterprise fundamentals for enrollment models, compliance, and app delivery.
• Scripting and automation skills in bash, zsh, or Python with comfort working with APIs.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot cross-domain issues involving endpoints, identity, and network dependencies.
• Familiarity with Windows ecosystem, VDI/Citrix environments, and using AI/LLMs for operational efficiency (preferred).
