Senior User Experience Researcher

What you'll do

• Conduct and lead diverse UX research methods including field ethnography, focus groups, and usability testing.
• Translate research findings into actionable recommendations to improve product design and strategy.
• Use storytelling to align stakeholders and influence the direction of the Air Defense portfolio.
• Design and execute end-to-end experiences for critical operator workflows.
• Establish and operationalize systems to consolidate, share, and synthesize research insights across teams.
• Define and promote UX research best practices across the entire organization.
• Use quantitative and qualitative data to drive evidence-based decision-making for product roadmaps.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant user research experience working on digital products.
• Ability to design, plan, and execute research studies with clear objectives and timelines independently.
• A portfolio of work demonstrating how research insights influenced tactical and strategic product development.
• Strong communication skills to share data-driven insights and advocate for user needs with cross-functional partners.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance.
• Willingness to travel between 25-30% as required by the role.
