End User Computing Technical Manager

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Systems Engineers through performance reviews and individual growth plans.
• Own the Level 2 and Level 3 escalation function for critical incidents and complex cross-platform issues.
• Manage endpoint strategies including macOS MDM, Okta identity management, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Oversee network connectivity troubleshooting for VPN and zero-trust solutions like Zscaler and GlobalProtect.
• Drive root cause analysis and automation to eliminate recurring problems and reduce manual toil.
• Partner with security teams to maintain endpoint compliance, EDR coverage, and patch posture.
• Review and approve technical designs, changes, and runbooks while providing hands-on support for high-impact issues.
• Manage vendor relationships, tooling renewals, and budget planning for corporate IT infrastructure.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of experience in IT systems engineering, endpoint management, or corporate IT infrastructure.
• 8+ years in IT systems engineering, endpoint management, or corporate IT infrastructure.
• 2+ years of experience leading or managing technical teams.
• Proven ability to lead Level 2 and Level 3 support and incident response in a mid-sized or enterprise environment.
• Proficiency in macOS MDM (Jamf preferred), Okta administration, Microsoft 365, and Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA).
• Proficiency in GlobalProtect VPN, Zoom (Rooms & Phone), Active Directory, networking fundamentals, and endpoint security/EDR.
• Experience with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow or Jira Service Management (preferred).
• Experience with SIEM, security incident response, scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell), or Windows endpoint management (preferred).
