What you'll do

Translate agency needs into actionable innovation opportunities and identify new technology processes.
Lead the implementation, scaling, and optimization of new technology solutions to meet mission goals.
Perform analysis of alternatives (AoA), business case analysis (BCA), and market research.
Evaluate the impact of emerging technologies on organizational capabilities, customer needs, and mission readiness.
Develop project plans by identifying problem areas and evaluating multiple potential solutions.
Provide cost analyses for new or upgraded infrastructure to ensure projects remain within budgetary constraints.
Review detailed building and infrastructure design drawings to provide recommendations and required updates.
Report on the impacts of innovation on customer experience and continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

Must be a US Citizen.
Must possess a Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
Must have a Master Degree in a STEM discipline.
Must have 15+ years of related experience.
Must have ITIL 4 Foundation certification.
Must have a DoD 8140 compliant cyber certification.
Must have experience in enterprise project management and IT operations support for USAF and DoD IT programs.
Must have a strong Systems Engineering background.
Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering and Digital Engineering methods and tools is highly desirable (preferred).
