Embedded Software Engineer, Anti-Tamper joins the team to drive a threat-informed approach to Program Protection Engineering for next-generation autonomous systems. Preferred qualifications include experience with Real-Time Operating Systems, NixOS, Linux development environments, and designing tamper-resistant platform architectures for defense or aerospace applications.

What you'll do

Develop software and firmware for security-sensitive systems on embedded platforms.
Implement boot and run-time anti-tamper functionality for autonomous systems.
Apply cryptographic mechanisms for authentication, encryption, integrity, and key handling.

What we're looking for

Experience in safety and security-critical embedded software and/or firmware engineering.
Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: C/C++, Rust.
Understanding and application of cryptography for authentication, encryption, integrity, and key handling.
Experience with embedded platforms including SoCs, FPGAs, and hardware security-relevant components.
Current U.S. Secret or Top Secret security clearance.
Preferred experience with Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) and Linux development environments.
Preferred experience with Nix and NixOS.
Preferred experience in defense, aerospace, robotics, or other mission-critical embedded environments.
