Senior Analytics Engineer

What you'll do

• Own and maintain dbt models and data marts that power marketing analytics and reporting.
• Build and productionize predictive models for lead scoring, LTV, channel attribution, and propensity.
• Translate business questions from leadership into technical measurement frameworks and spend optimization strategies.
• Develop self-serve data products and AI-powered tools to enable marketing teams to query the metric layer.
• Design and implement experimentation tooling to measure performance and drive growth.
• Collaborate with engineering and ML teams to build high-quality data infrastructure for marketing operations.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as CS, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of proven experience in analytics engineering, data science, or a closely adjacent function.
• Advanced SQL and production-grade data modeling experience, with dbt strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Python for modeling and analysis work.
• Hands-on experience with a modern cloud warehouse such as Databrick, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Demonstrated experience shipping predictive models or applied ML in a business context.
• Prior experience in Marketing Analytics, Growth, or GTM analytics at a SaaS or usage-based technology company.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills and the ability to autonomously drive projects end-to-end.
