What you'll do

Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise Exchange and M365 email systems across multiple networks.
Support email architecture components including mailbox databases, transport services, journaling, and archival systems.
Manage identity and access for messaging services, including authentication, PKI, and directory service integration.
Monitor system health and performance while performing diagnostics and implementing corrective actions for service disruptions.
Execute backup, recovery, and failover operations to ensure messaging system resilience and continuity of operations.
Apply security patches, cumulative updates, and platform hotfixes to maintain compliant and secure service baselines.
Identify and remediate noncompliant messaging systems by reviewing vulnerability reports and resolving patch exceptions.
Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and service configurations to support change management and continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

US citizenship is required.
Must possess an active Top Secret SCI clearance with a favorable Polygraph.
Must meet DoD 8140 Information Assurance Workforce certification requirements.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or 8+ years of relevant IT experience.
Requires 10+ years of relevant IT experience in lieu of a degree for Principal level.
Requires 12+ years of relevant IT experience in lieu of a degree for Sr. Principal level.
Must have hands-on experience administering Exchange (on-premises) and M365 messaging services in enterprise environments.
Active TS/SCI clearance with a favorable Polygraph.
