What you'll do

Administer and maintain enterprise user profile management platforms across physical and virtual endpoints.
Monitor system health, logon times, storage usage, and replication to ensure profile performance.
Support profile migrations, transfers, and updates across various networks and domains.
Troubleshoot complex issues including profile corruption, sync failures, and authentication dependencies.
Implement configuration updates, architecture optimizations, and operational modifications for compliant environments.
Apply security updates, software patches, and configuration fixes to meet enterprise hardening requirements.
Identify and remediate noncompliant components by reviewing vulnerability reports and validating corrective actions.
Maintain accurate documentation, SOPs, and configuration artifacts for change management and troubleshooting.

What we're looking for

US citizenship is required.
Must possess an active Top Secret SCI clearance with a favorable Polygraph.
Must meet DoD 8140 Information Assurance Workforce certification requirements, such as Security+ CE.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or 8+ years of relevant IT experience.
Requires 10+ years of relevant IT experience in lieu of a degree for the Principal level.
Requires 4+ years of related experience.
Hands-on experience administering enterprise endpoint management platforms like MECM or Intune is required.
Active TS/SCI clearance with a favorable Polygraph.
