As an Electronic Technician 3 (3rd shift), you will join the team to perform routine technical functions involving the assembly, testing, and maintenance of advanced electronic systems for mission-critical applications. What you'll do

Perform functional testing, troubleshooting, and repair of LITENING targeting pods and subassemblies.
Operate specialized test stations and equipment to ensure systems meet performance standards.
Execute test procedures while recording data in compliance with engineering specifications and military standards.
Maintain accurate test documentation, calibration records, and adherence to safety and ESD protocols.
Support root cause analysis of test failures and implement corrective actions.
Assist with environmental testing and system-level verification processes.
Perform routine maintenance on advanced electronic systems and circuit boards.

What we're looking for

High School Graduate and 4 years of related experience or a Technical Associate Degree with 2 years of relevant work experience.
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Availability to work an off-shift schedule (3rd shift from 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM).
Experience in military or aerospace manufacturing or depot environments is preferred.
Familiarity with electro-optical/infrared targeting systems and avionics systems interfaces is preferred.
Knowledge of automated test systems, data acquisition software, and SAP/GOLD is preferred.
Preferred experience includes 2 years of technical trade school or military technical school training.
