What we're looking for
3+ years of experience in hardware validation, qualification, or product development involving high-speed networking, optical transceivers, and cable technologies.
Familiarity with optical and copper interconnect solutions including SFP+, QSFP+, QSFP28, QSFP-DD, OSFP, DAC, and AOC technologies.
Experience developing test plans and performing hands-on laboratory validation, interoperability testing, and troubleshooting of server-to-switch and switch-to-switch connectivity.
Working knowledge of Ethernet networking concepts and experience using common lab equipment and networking test tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
BS in Electrical Engineering or a related field (MS preferred).
Familiarity with data center networking technologies and key industry suppliers of optical transceivers, cables, network switches, and NICs (preferred).
Experience with Broadcom-based networking platforms/SDKs, Ethernet and InfiniBand technologies, or AI/HPC networking environments (preferred).
