What you'll do

Lead the design and development of implantable and external electronic systems for neuromodulation products.
Design and document analog, digital, mixed-signal, and power management circuits.
Perform schematic capture, component selection, and provide guidance on PCB layout.
Develop and execute characterization, verification, and validation test strategies for product reliability.
Perform root cause analysis to investigate complex technical challenges and implement corrective actions.
Partner with suppliers to support component selection and design for manufacturability.
Support the successful transfer of products from prototype to full production.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical/electronic engineering or a related field.
Strong technical experience in electronic circuit design, development, and verification.
Experience with schematic capture, PCB development, and circuit debugging.
Experience developing and executing characterization, verification, and validation testing for electronic systems.
Experience working in a regulated product development environment.
7+ years of experience in product development of complex electronic systems (preferred).
Experience developing Class III medical devices (preferred).
