What you'll do

Lead a technical team through the full lifecycle from R&D concept to flight delivery and production ramp-up.
Guide the team through architecture trades, board design, implementation, troubleshooting, and validation for new drone systems.
Troubleshoot complex issues across electrical and software boundaries using lab equipment and software debugging tools.
Support system-level integration, flight testing, and final customer deliveries for aerospace products.
Manage the development of hardware components including rocket motor systems and mixed-signal circuits.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams to deliver fully functional products in a fast-paced environment.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
10+ years of experience designing, testing, and troubleshooting complex embedded systems and products.
Experience in lab-based prototyping and research and development.
Demonstrated experience designing and integrating mixed signal circuits.
Proficiency with Altium or equivalent ECAD tools.
Competence with test equipment including oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, debuggers, and current probes.
Experience developing products for extreme environments such as aerospace or defense.
U.S. Person status is required to access export controlled data.
