Senior Electronics Components Engineer

What you'll do

• Identify critical design and reliability issues in electronic components.
• Support product transition from R&D to production for new drones and rocket motors.
• Collaborate with supply chain team to manage end-of-life and sole-source risks.
• Simplify designs by leveraging commonality across different product lines.
• Conduct thermal, reliability, and survivability analysis for extreme environment products.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Materials Sciences.
• 5+ years of experience in component engineering, manufacturing, or materials and processes.
• Experience working on products used in extreme environments like aerospace or defense.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required for the role.
• Cross-functional collaboration among subsystems and supply chain teams preferred.
• Expertise in thermal analysis, reliability testing, and EMI analysis beneficial.
• Systems engineering experience with payloads or complex product systems advantageous.
