What we're looking for
Minimum of 5 years experience as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Product Manager, Engineering Manager, or Engineer in autonomous systems, robotics, or software development.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
Strong technical aptitude to understand designs, the software development lifecycle, and risks while working with engineering teams.
Experience working in rapidly iterating test environments with high levels of integration with software development teams.
Strong project management experience including practical familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Familiarity with robotics or computer vision systems and their architecture (preferred).
Ability to work within organizations with minimal structure and direction, and experience rolling out disruptive process changes (preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an Engineering discipline; professional certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, GIAC-PEN, Prosci, SAFe, or PMP (preferred).
