Senior Associate Electrical Engineer

What you'll do

• Analyze product development lifecycles to identify bottlenecks and improve speed to market.
• Develop strategies to enhance manufacturing processes while reducing costs and improving quality.
• Provide guidance on implementing lean manufacturing principles and optimizing supply chain integration.
• Leverage digital technologies to improve operational efficiency and business performance for clients.
• Interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for client projects.
• Create technical documentation including block diagrams, component selection criteria, schematics, and test plans.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors to manage product development from design through validation.
• Troubleshoot and characterize sensors, circuits, and system-level designs during the NPI cycle.

What we're looking for

• A Bachelor's degree is required or three years of specialized training/experience for each missing year of college.
• Candidates must have at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in electrical engineering concepts, designs, prototypes, tests, and analyses is preferred.
• Knowledge of common buses and communication protocols for interfacing with sensors and peripherals is preferred.
• Experience working on products from design through build, bring up, verification, and validation is preferred.
• Proficiency with ECAD tools like OrCAD/Allego and experience with MCU or SoC systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of full cycle product development including RF system design, power supply design, and certification testing is preferred.
• Ability to interpret data to inform insights and solve problems using critical thinking is required.
