What you'll do

Maintain electrical Interface Control Documents (ICDs) including pinouts, power allocations, signal definitions, and harness routing.
Audit existing ICD baselines for completeness and drive them toward final co-signed revisions with partners.
Design Anduril-side harness architectures following aerospace standards for wiring, connectors, backshells, and shielding.
Develop and verify power budgets across all operational modes including normal, peak, emergency, and ground power.
Lead EMC coordination with partners regarding emissions limits, susceptibility thresholds, and test methodology alignment.
Serve as the primary electrical interface point of contact during partner design reviews.
Support first aircraft electrical integration and perform interface verification testing.
Incorporate lessons learned from first-article testing into production harness drawings.

What we're looking for

Must have 3–6 years of experience in aerospace or defense electrical engineering with ICD development.
Experience in aerospace harness design including wiring, connectors (MIL-DTL-38999), backshell, and routing.
Ability to perform power budget analysis across complex vehicle electrical architectures.
Proficiency in EMC planning and coordination per MIL-STD-461 or DO-160 standards.
Awareness of signal integrity for high-speed digital interfaces.
Experience driving interface closure with external partners or cross-functional teams.
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain an active US security clearance.
Preferred experience with rotorcraft/eVTOL architectures, vehicle bus protocols, and hybrid-electric power systems.
